Tim Steinruck — Transformation Day
An Autobiography

Tim Steinruck

Rock artist. Life coach. The man behind the practice.

This is not a résumé. It is a confession, a credit roll, and a love letter to the daily practice that saved my life. Read it in one sitting, or come back as you would to a friend. The story is in chapters — same as the practice.

1970s — Origins

A Boy with a Childhood Dream

I was born with two appetites: noise and stillness. The first I would feed for thirty years on stages in three countries. The second I would starve until I almost died of it. This is the story of how I learned to feed them both — at the same table, every morning, for fifteen minutes.

1988 — Departure

Eighteen Years Old, One Suitcase, A Diploma

Armed with a high school diploma and a childhood dream, I joined the rock-and-roll traveling circus. Then I toured. And toured. And toured some more. Life University. The school of hard knocks. Yeah — all that, and more. The road taught me what no classroom could: that the only currency that matters is the one you spend on yourself before sunrise.

1995–2015 — The Mighty One

The Hard Rock Years

I formed The Mighty One — a hard-rock band out of Vancouver — and we became one of the most-mixed acts in the city. Mike Fraser, the man behind AC/DC, Metallica, and Pink Floyd, called us the hardest-working band he had mixed in years. We played the venues that were always chock-full of devout fans who weren't girlfriends or our mothers. We earned every face in the room.

Three Times to the Stage

ISSA — A Night to Remember

At the International Singer-Songwriter Awards I was called to the stage three times in a single ceremony — the first artist in ISSA history to do so. The team at BIG Records, where I serve as operations manager and as co-producer of RiseUP TV, stood and cheered as I made the walk. I do not chase trophies, but I cherish nights like that. They remind you that the work is seen.

The Turning

The Practice Begins

Somewhere between the touring and the producing, the engine started to seize. The fire that built the career began to burn the man who lit it. I sat down one morning — a morning like any other — and committed to a quiet experiment: fifteen minutes. Every day. Energy. Breath. Visualization. Action. I did not miss a day. The 2,000 days that followed rebuilt me from the inside out.

Today

Ultimate Life Coach & Master Guide

I am a certified Accelerated Evolution Master Guide. I help people make their dreams real — not by selling them strategy, but by handing them the same fifteen minutes that saved my life. The Blissiplines is the distillation. It is the practice I wish someone had handed an eighteen-year-old with a suitcase and a dream. It is the book I needed before I knew I needed it.

“Tim is an absolute rock star with the charisma, professional attitude and work ethic that will take him a long way.”

Mike Fraser
Producer / Mixer to AC/DC, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Dio, Whitesnake & Poison
